Whether you’re guiding clients through a difficult moment, modeling healthy boundaries, keeping the environment safe and welcoming, or simply showing up with patience and consistency, your role creates the foundation for healing. The work can be demanding, and often unseen — but its impact is lasting. We’re deeply grateful for the way our teams lift up clients and each other every single day.
California Care Mental Health Residential Program Employee of the Month: Hayley Montes
Hayley has been a steady, positive force within our Mental Health Residential Program — especially during a time of transition and growth. Her teammates shared how much they appreciate the way she steps up, supports others, and keeps client care at the center of everything she does.

Karly’s impact within our Substance Use Detox & Residential Program is felt by both staff and patients alike. Her teammates highlighted not only her reliability and skill, but also the heart she brings into every interaction.
