JUST FOR TODAY

Just for today, I promise to be willing, honest and open minded.

Just for today, I promise to try channel peace, to express love and forgiveness.

Just for today, I promise to try to bring harmony and truth with me.

Just for today, I promise to have faith and share hope with my fellows.

Just for today, I promise, where I find shadows, I will do my best to bring light.

Just for today, I promise to ask my higher power for guidance to seek how to comfort than to be comforted to understand than to be understood. Just for today I promise to practice how to give love than to ask to be loved.

Just for today, I promise to try and self-forget to allow me to find my true self.

Just for today, I promise to forgive others so I can receive forgiveness, ultimately, just for today, to allow myself to live in a spiritual experience.

The above promises of today, I set in my life as goals - n

ever as expectation of myself or others. When we set expectations on ourselves or others, we are setting up for disappointment, however, when we set goals, it gives us purpose and the opportunity of accomplishment.

Reflecting, promises of the day.
Just for today, I promise.
